Its going to be a busy week. The husband’s soccer team that he coaches has three games this week so we’ll be having a few late evening meals. I’m thankful for the Crock Pot since it’ll be cooking dinner when I’m on the sidelines cheering on the team on Wednesday. Plus it will make enough for leftovers when we get home late again on Thursday! We are still staying on track with our meal plans and have not eaten out in 29 days! Our previous best was 35 days so we are hoping to beat that :)
Monday ~ Turkey Burgers with steamed broccoli and baked potatoes
Tuesday ~ Refried Black Bean Burritos
Wednesday ~ Corn Chowder in the Crock Pot
Thursday ~ leftovers
Friday ~ Spaghetti
Saturday ~ Enchiladas
Sunday ~ Chicken & Rice Bowls
