We had another successful week of sticking to our meal plan!
This weeks we’ve got some meals planned that make plenty for leftovers which works perfectly since we’ve got a busy weeknight schedule this week.
Monday ~ Sweet & Sour Chicken over brown rice
Another great crockpot meal … 1-2 frozen chicken breasts, 1-2 cans of sweet & sour sauce, 1-3 bell peppers --- cook in crockpot for 6-8 hours, remove chicken and dice or shred, serve over rice.
Tuesday ~ leftovers
Wednesday ~ Chilaquiles Casserole
Another go-to favorite Mexican meal!

Friday ~ Baked Pasta
Last weeks baked pasta turned out so good that I decided to make it again!
Saturday ~ leftovers
Sunday ~ Homemade Pizza
