Weight Watchers --- Week 19, 20 & 21

Wow, its been 21+ weeks since I recommitted to WW and decided to once again reach my ultimate weight loss goal.  I can still remember that day in 2007 when I stepped on my brand new scale and it said 175 --- my highest weight ever.  I’ve come a long where from that day and I’ve made so many changes to my lifestyle.  I’m active and healthy and I enjoy the increase in fruits and vegetables as well as all the other food choices and changes I’ve made.  I’ve reached the point where the clothes I wore during college are now too big {mainly my jeans} and I had to recently purchase new belts too.  I’m less than 10lbs from my ultimate weight loss gain but I’m approaching it one pound at a time until I find my happy, healthy weight. 

Week 19 {09.19.11 – 09.25.11}
Weigh-in {09.26.11} = 134
Week 19 Loss = – 0.8
Total Weight Loss = 16.2
I earned 37 activity points
I exercised 3 out of 7 days
*I was craving sweets big time this week and indulged a few times {ice cream sandwiches, candy, FroYo}.  I only went to the gym one day {Monday} and only ran twice {Tuesday & Saturday} due to a nagging leg issue I was having in my right quad/IT band/groin.

Week 20 {09.26.11 – 10.02.11}
Weigh-in {10.03.11} = 133.8
Week 20 Loss = –0.2
Total Weight Loss = 16.4
I earned 69 activity points
I exercised 6 out of 7 days
*I used all my activity points and 6 of my weekly allowance points.  I indulged in take-n-bake pizza, champagne, and ice cream after my half marathon!

Week 21 {10.03.11 – 10.09.11}
Weigh-in {10.10.11} = 134.2
Week 21 Gain = +0.4
Total Weight Loss = 16
I earned 56 activity points
I exercised 5 out of 7 days
*I spent a few days at my mom’s house.  I used all my activity points and 17 of my weekly allowance points.  I really need to stop buying ice cream!  If its not in the house; I can’t eat it.
