It’s all the little every day things that make life so extraordinary and this year I want to make sure I am appreciating and focusing more on them. In an effort to remember to slow down, let the little things go, and enjoy every moment of this life I am going to share what I’ve been thankful for each week.
- Unexpected generosity from the least likely sources
- Spin class
- My thoughtful husband who always knows exactly what to say or do to make me feel better
- Discovering yummy new recipes that are quick, easy, and affordable
- Learning tips & tricks from fellow bloggers, online articles, and Pinterest
- Getting lost in a good book
What are you thankful for this week?
{Thanks to Sam at Fitness Food & Faith for this wonderful idea … I’ve enjoyed reading her thankful posts ever since I discovered her blog!}

I am thankful for studded snow tires as my drive home was slippery last night. I am thankful I have a job to drive home from and a house to come home to.
I am thankful that my husband has been so helpful in my transitioning to my new job and hours, and I am thankful to spend time with my mom today.
this week I'm thankful I could find affordable shoes, I'm thankful this sickness is leaving me, thankful for all the time I get with Logan and I'm thankful, as always, that I have legs and can run!
I am always thankful for forgiveness and fresh starts! :)
Your Running of the Elk Half looks interesting. We are there a lot of elk in Elk grove?
I am thankful for a job that I like (not feeling the love today, just like) and people there that I LOVE to work with.
Oh, man. Pinterest is so awesome. I've learned so many great little tips and things from there!
