That’s right --- GNARLY. I kicked butt this week! I meet almost all my goals --- I accidentally skipped my PT Exercises on Saturday because I fell asleep on the couch at like 7:30pm. I guess I was tired! It was great to get back to the gym and do some cardio. I also really enjoyed the yoga video I did on Tuesday {thanks to You Tube}. Oh, and the running! I had three great runs this week. I’m feeling great and reminding myself that I have to take it slow and build my endurance back up.
This week our running coaches also asked us to be MENTORS again for spring training group! On Saturday I lead a small run/walk pace group. I am really looking forward to getting to know all the new faces in the training group over the next several weeks.
Plank-a-day is going well … I’m working on a 30 second plank right now. At first I was progressing by 5 seconds per day and then I realized that was too hard so I dropped back down to 30 seconds until I can hold that without shaking. The husband is doing this challenge with me also. He is at 1 – 45 second plank. My goal with this challenge is to build my core strength and #suckless {right, Heather?}.

Sometimes I’m more of a "number" person than I think I am --- I walked my cool down until I reached exactly 1 hr!

Woke up to a beautiful {but chilly} morning! The sun was just starting to pain the sky as I was leaving my house.
This was the first workout for the spring half marathon training group through our local running store {the group I’ve been apart of since 2010}. As a mentor I led a run/walk pace group, it was fun :)

That's a lot of working out! Sounds like you enjoyed getting in the gym - a bit of variety is always good :)
