The husband and I set out for an easy 30 minute run in the late afternoon on Friday. The weather was beautiful, as it has been around these parts more often than not lately. I was feeling much better than I had all week, with some lingering congestion, but most of the sickies were gone. We started with an warm-up walk + plyos around our court. We kept the pace easy and after the first mile we stopped to walk for 2 minute, and again after the 2nd mile. I kept having little coughing fits and my body felt tired and sluggish but it felt good to get outside and get my body moving. In 30 minutes covered 2.57 miles with an average pace of 11:40 and finished with a cool down walk.
