Blah. On Saturday afternoon I started to feel like I was getting sick and by Sunday night I had a 100+ fever, the chills, and full body aches. I’ve spent the majority of the day today in bed, sleeping, since I didn’t sleep more than 10 minutes at a time all last night due to chills/achiness. Again, blah.
This is going to be a quick post --- I feel dizzy and light headed when I’m sitting up and I want to get back in bed ASAP.
When was the last time you had the flu? I won’t be doing much until I’m feeling better and I’m anxious about the husband cooking dinner tonight. I was hoping to feel better by this afternoon/evening so I could go for a walk, at least, so my “streak” doesn’t end … but unless the dizziness goes away soon, I’m not sure that will be happening. Boo.
Monday ~ Marsala Chicken and Mushroom Casserole
Tuesday ~ leftovers
Wednesday ~ Pizza on a pre-made Freschetta Crust
Thursday ~ Lentil Tacos
Friday ~ Pasta with semi-homemade marinara sauce
Saturday ~ Philly Cheese Steak Sloppy Joes
Sunday ~ leftover pasta

Total Weight Loss = –13.4 lbs
Starting Weight {05.16.11} = 150.2 lbs
I earned 66 activity points & exercised everyday!
I didn’t track on Super Bowl Sunday and enjoyed the snacks/food/treats in reasonable amounts.
